Responsibilities: • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations • Take food orders and serve, ensuring that guests' preferences and requests are fulfilled Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $9 - $9.50 hourly
