Responsibilities: • Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $14 per hour
