Location - Q&C Hotel Bar New Orleans, an Autograph Collection We’re hiring for an enthusiastic, hardworking Bellman committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay at our hotel. You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. Responsibilities: • Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guests’ rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guests’ luggage for storage • Help the front desk staff with check-in and guest requests • Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally • Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times Qualifications: • Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays • A high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED is required • At least 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Compensation: $10 hourly
