Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bartending: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring adherence to established recipes and quality standards.

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests, taking orders, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, following standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.

Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, operate cash registers, and maintain cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and supplies, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members, including kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant Courtyard Brand Standards, food safety, alcohol service, and regulatory guidelines, including those related to responsible beverage service.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, mixed drinks, etc.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to multitask efficiently and work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
