Responsibilities: • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area Qualifications: • Food service industry experience is highly desired • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $15.16 - $15.60 hourly
