    If you are a wake up early and get things going type person, we want you!! We're looking for a PT breakfast attendant with excellent people skills who is motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. You will be setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that hot items are cooked and ready, as well as fresh fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well stocked. Cleaning the breakfast area after breakfast is closed is required, so a happy cleaner is necessary as well. Additional responsibilities include refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed, removing used dishes and cleaning tables. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role. Benefits • Special Summer Bonus program for all team members May-Sept • Medical, Dental, and Vision available depending on hours worked • Paid Time Off based on length of service and average hours worked • 7 Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (All Team Members are eligible for holiday benefits) • 401(k) program available after 1 year of employment • Go Hilton (Team Member Travel Discount) Responsibilities: • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations • Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Must have or be willing to get a WA state food handler certificate Compensation: $17 - $17.50 hourly
