As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you will be the face of the morning experience at our property, responsible for creating a welcoming and lasting impression for our guests. This role is essential in providing exceptional service by preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand and health standards. Responsibilities: • Follow all health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment. • Monitor food inventory, place orders, and receive shipments to ensure sufficient stock levels. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area and kitchen throughout service hours. • Prepare and serve breakfast items in a timely and sanitary manner, adhering to brand and health standards. • Greet guests warmly in the dining area and ensure they have a positive start to their day.
