The Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests who interact with them in the dining and other areas of the property. Responsibilities: • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Prepare and serve food in a timely manner according to brand and health standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area and kitchen throughout service hours. • Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team. • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
