You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
