Job Summary
Are you a morning person who loves bringing energy and a warm smile to start someone’s day? We are seeking a friendly and dependable Hotel Breakfast Attendant to manage our daily complimentary breakfast service. In this role, you will be the face of our morning hospitality—ensuring our guests enjoy a fresh, clean, and welcoming breakfast experience before they head out for the day.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality: Welcoming guests with a warm smile, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Food Preparation & Setup: Setting up the breakfast buffet line, preparing hot and cold food items (e.g., coffee, eggs, pastries), and ensuring everything is fully stocked throughout breakfast service hours.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen/dining area spotless.
Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stocking morning food and beverage supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right personality!
Schedule: Ability to work early morning hours (typically starting at 5:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
