Responsibilities: • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Food service industry experience is highly desired • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members Compensation: $18 per hour
