The Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests who interact with them in the dining and other areas of the property. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve breakfast items in a timely and sanitary manner, adhering to brand and health standards. • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team. • Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen. • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
