The Avid Hotel by IHG Downtown Fort Worth is looking for a dynamic person to fill our weekend Breakfast Attendant position.

No hotel experience necessary. We will train for this position.

Qualifications:

Texas Food Handler's License

Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Great customer service, must interact with guests

Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills

Attentive to detail

This is a weekend breakfast position. The hours are 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it after

Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times

Preparing hot foods and cold foods in accordance with the instructions and food safety guidelines

Cleaning and sanitizing all breakfast equipment, dishes and utensils

Providing customers with condiments or food upon request

Clearing tables when guests are finished eating

Sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning chairs after each meal service

Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service

Maintaining a food safe kitchen and work area at all times

Preparing for the next day and communicating any grocery needs to manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift Availability:

Day shift

Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM

If holidays fall on weekends, you will be scheduled to work or must find a replacement

Experience:

Food safety: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
