💼 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support breakfast attendants and kitchen staff

Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness meet brand standards

Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance

Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control

Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly

Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping for seamless operations

Train, coach, and motivate team members

✅ Qualifications

1–3 years of hotel or food & beverage experience

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety standards

Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
