    Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast supervisor, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked. At the end of the breakfast service, clean up the area, document wasted foods & complete all closing duties. The breakfast supervisor will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Work with the Manager to ensure your team is trained, food orders are put in weekly & the area is well maintained. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Responsibilities: • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Take stock of inventory and coordinate with management to order enough for the week & stay within your weekly budget Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Current Food Handler permit Compensation: $14.50 hourly
