Responsibilities: • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Supervise the maintenance team and manage the department Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
