Responsibilities: • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Supervise the maintenance team and manage the department Qualifications: • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 negotiable yearly
