You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance and at least three years of management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Execute payroll audits monthly and provide paychecks to all employees • Produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets to assist the day-to-day accounting procedures and operations • Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability • Track and record all accounts receivable accurately, while also generating and managing accounts payable invoicing • Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections Qualifications: • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; degree in finance or related field is strongly preferred • 3+ years of experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a full-service hotel • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
