Responsibilities: • • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality and presentation. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage station setups and ingredient preparation efficiently. • Execute orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests. • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking to maintain seamless operations. • Contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative dishes that align with our brand's culinary vision. • Assist in training new kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. Schedule: Evening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs require. Qualifications: • • Experience in preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and speed of service during peak periods. • Proven track record of adhering to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. • Skill in setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen stations efficiently. • Capability to monitor food inventory levels and communicate product needs effectively. • Experience in properly labeling, storing, and rotating food products. • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
