    GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Dual Property Director of Human Resources for our Crowne Plaza by IHG and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia/King of Prussia properties. The Hotel Human Resources professional oversees the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to training, payroll, and labor compliance. They play a strategic role in crafting a positive, guest-focused work culture while mitigating labor risks and balancing staffing requirements across seasonal peaks and valleys. Responsibilities: • Develop HR strategies (like succession planning) aligned with hotel objectives, serving as a key member of the executive team. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs. • Act as a point of contact for staff concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure fair treatment. • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, including seasonal bonuses or accommodation/transport. • Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety regulations, and implement hotel policies. • Manage HR files, reports, budgets, and the HR team, ensuring efficient workflows. • Coordinate training programs (e.g., customer service) for all staff. • Create hiring plans for seasonal demands, interview candidates, and manage work permits/visas. • Ensure timely performance reviews and manage staff attendance/schedules. • Handle HR inquiries, manage employee records, and oversee wellness programs. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related experience. • Relevant experience in hospitality management. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. • Expert knowledge of human resources.
