Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders • Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships Qualifications: • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role Compensation: $75,000 plus bonus potential
