Responsibilities: • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans • Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Qualifications: • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
