Responsibilities: • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 yearly
