Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician Apprentice performs basic preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds in an on-the-job training environment. Working under close supervision, this role assists in monitoring system operations and performance using basic trade skills. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short communications, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Writing routine reports and correspondence may be required
