Looking for a reliable front desk agent to join our team! If you enjoy guest interaction, and staying productive, this could be the perfect role for you.
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, must be flexible to cover additional shifts when needed
You'll be the only team member on property for most of your shift, so dependability and good judgment are essential.
What You'll Do
Greet and check in guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Complete nightly audit procedures, reports, and system balancing
Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly
Monitor the property to maintain safety and security
Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
Answer phones, take reservations, and handle inquiries
Prepare daily reports for management and following team
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) — many of our guests and team members speak Spanish
Flexible availability — willing to pick up additional shifts, cover call-outs, and adjust schedule as the property needs
Dependable and punctual, every shift
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to work independently and stay alert through the night
Comfortable with basic computer tasks and problem-solving
Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus
