    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience are preferred, as the position requires managing guest profiles, room assignments, billing, and reservation details within the system. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay Responsibilities: • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Mitigate customer complaints as needed Qualifications: • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Compensation: $16 hourly
