    Job Summary: The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression

    Check guests in and out efficiently, following hotel procedures

    Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately

    Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly

    Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

    Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary

    Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate records

    Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

    Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area

    Follow all safety, security, and privacy policies

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience required

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong customer service orientation

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Basic computer skills; experience with hotel management systems is a plus

    Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to stand for extended periods

    Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs
