Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our 220-room Marriott-branded hotel. As the first and last impression of our property, Front Desk Agents plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Marriott brand standards.
The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, strong communication skills, and full availability on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Process payments, post charges, and balance shift transactions
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Handle room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and guest loyalty engagement
Follow all Marriott brand standards and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of prior hotel front desk experience (required)
Experience working with hotel property management systems
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a Marriott-branded property
Cash handling experience
Multilingual abilities are a plus
