Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in delivering a memorable guest experience by providing efficient check-in/check-out services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
We are not considering any candidates who are not able to work on weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Manage room reservations through phone, email, and third-party platforms
Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needs
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelKey, or similar) is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Working Conditions:
Standing for extended periods
May be required to lift or carry light items (e.g., luggage, packages)
Fast-paced, customer-facing environment
