    We’re looking for a positive and professional part-time hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing. • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests. • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and correspondence. • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping. Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
