Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.

Handle guest check-out procedures, including billing and payment processing.

Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel management system.

Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.

Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest communication.
