Responsibilities: • Greet each guest with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in process, setting the tone for a memorable stay. • Manage reservations efficiently, updating guest information and accommodating special requests to enhance their experience. • Handle guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions and services. • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. • Process payments accurately and maintain detailed records of transactions to ensure smooth financial operations. • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences. • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby area, creating a pleasant first impression for all visitors and guests. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. • Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems. • Attention to detail to ensure guest account information is accurate and up to date. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs. Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
