We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process. • Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately • Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms • Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
