We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. • Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups • Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. • Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Qualifications: • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
