    We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. • Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions • Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift. • Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings. • Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. Qualifications: • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Compensation: $14.75 - $15.25 hourly
