We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Field customer complaints when necessary • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $12 hourly
