Responsibilities: • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date • Field customer complaints when necessary • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready • Be on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $15 hourly
