We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities: • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Field customer complaints when necessary • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Be on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $15 hourly
