    We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at an IHG-branded hotel. The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service in alignment with IHG brand standards. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner following IHG service standards • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently • Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data integrity within the PMS • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and credit card handling procedures Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year hotel front desk experience requiredHands-on experience using Opera and/or Hotel Key PMS systems required • Previous experience working at an IHG-branded property or familiarity with IHG brand standards and service culture • Strong understanding of and ability to deliver IHG’s “True Hospitality” service standards • Excellent guest service skills with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing shift reports • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to professionally handle guest concerns and resolve issues in alignment with IHG guest recovery standards • Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Flexible availability , including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems) • Knowledge of hotel safety, security, and guest confidentiality standards • Ability to stand for extended periods Compensation: $16 hourly to start
