You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Field customer complaints when necessary • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fact-paced environment Qualifications: • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $12.50 hourly
