You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Mitigate customer complaints as needed • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fact-paced environment Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $12.50 hourly
