About the Role:

S&R Hotels Inc in Bethlehem, PA is looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk Evening/Audit team member to join our hospitality family! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/check out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and overnight hours

Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and generating end-of-day reports

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management system (PMS)

Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer

Monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours, escalating issues as needed

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs

Requirements:

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Availability to work evening and/or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic math and accounting skills for audit and cash handling responsibilities

Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
