Hotel Front Desk Lead – Interurban Suites Hotel (A Dazzler Select by Wyndham)
We are seeking a hands‑on, operations‑focused Hotel Front Desk Lead to support daily hotel operations and guest services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, multitasks, and takes pride in delivering a polished, reliable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front desk operations during assigned shifts
Resolve escalated guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
Audit daily transactions and maintain accurate records
Enforce SOPs, safety procedures, and operational checklists
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and front office reporting
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience required
Prior shift‑lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems- Wyndham Synxis experience preferred.
