Responsibilities: • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest • Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager • Manage the training and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and upholding hotel policies • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints. Assist with arriving and departing guests • Working knowledge of OTAs and the booking process • Lead the PM shift as it pertains to guest satisfaction Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired • At least 1 year of experience as a front office manager, front desk supervisor, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role Compensation: $28 hourly
