Responsibilities: • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Manage the training and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and upholding hotel policies • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints. Assist with arriving and departing guests • Working knowledge of OTAs and the booking process • Lead the PM shift as it pertains to guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • At least 1 year of experience as a front office manager, front desk supervisor, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role Compensation: $58,500 per year
