Responsibilities: • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Qualifications: • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 annual salary range DOE
