The Hotel Front Desk Team Leader will have minimal supervision. This role is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the front desk. The ideal candidate understands, appreciates, and embraces our vision, mission, and values. You will act as a leader who is a self-starter and understands the position requires 24-hour availability. Experience is preferred. Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to deliver excellent guest service. • Be present on the property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support team success. • Communicate daily with team members to maintain high service standards and foster teamwork. • Promote and market the hotel’s services to enhance guest satisfaction and occupancy. • Inspect front desk and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. • Strong knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policies • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
