In this role, you'll ensure smooth overnight operations, assist guests with late check-ins or inquiries, and handle end-of-day financial reporting. IHG Opera PMS experience is required, and prior hotel front desk or night audit experience is strongly preferred. You’ll be joining a supportive team that provides the training, tools, and environment to help you thrive in your role. Key Responsibilities: • Process nightly audit reports and balance daily transactions • Provide excellent guest service during overnight hours • Perform check-in/check-out procedures and respond to guest needs • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and welcoming • Follow all brand standards and safety protocols Requirements: • Experience with IHG Opera PMS is a must • Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic accounting tasks • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently If you’re looking for a part-time opportunity in hospitality and meet the qualifications, apply today! Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages Qualifications: • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Compensation: $16.50 hourly
