    Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Perform overnight front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out • Audit, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions and guest folios • Ensure accurate posting of room charges, taxes, payments, and adjustments • Balance daily revenue reports and prepare end-of-day documentation • Handle guest requests, concerns, and emergencies during overnight hours • Maintain security of the property by monitoring the lobby and building during overnight shifts • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning guest needs or issues • Ensure all systems are properly closed and rolled into the next business day • Follow all IHG brand standards and front desk procedures consistently • Maintain accurate records in the property management system • Communicate effectively with management regarding overnight activity or issues • Perform accurate billing checks and resolve discrepancies prior to running the night audit • Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas during overnight hours • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and IHG brand standards Qualifications: • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred • Flexible overnight hours are required • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • Previous front desk, accounting, or hotel experience preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numbers and billing • Basic computer and property management system skills preferred • Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays • Ability to remain alert and professional during nighttime hours Why Join Us? • Stable part-time overnight schedule • Supportive and professional hotel team • Opportunity to gain experience in hotel operations and accounting • Employee discounts and benefits are available Compensation: $17 hourly
