Responsibilities: • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and check-ins alongside other front desk agent tasks as required. • Close the business day and start new. Qualifications: • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Able to work overnight shifts. Compensation: $13.50 - $14.50 hourly
